We prepare and consume food mostly at home. Our food supplies and cooking appliances are at home. Counseling at home creates practical connections that will later help you to achieve the goals.
If you wish, I will also review your food cabinets and provide feedback and recommendations for the food choices.
A home visit suits well for couple and family counseling, the elderly, or for mothers at home with a baby, but in fact for anyone who wants a more personal approach.

If you live outside Harju County or your mobility is limited, I offer you online counseling.
Although I consider a personal meeting to be more productive, it is still a good alternative in the absence of better opportunities.
